Two Ways to give back in Hillsborough this Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is about gratitude and community, and what better way to celebrate than by giving back to those in need? Hillsborough Township is hosting two impactful drives this holiday season—one to support local families and another to help their furry friends. Here's how you can participate:
1. Thanksgiving Food Drive (November 1st–27th)
Help fight hunger in Hillsborough by contributing to the Thanksgiving Food Drive. This initiative supports the Hillsborough’s Food Pantry and the Community Assistance Network (C.A.N.), ensuring local families have food and essentials this holiday season.
Items Needed:
Pantry staples: rice, boxed/bagged sides, boxed potatoes, canned pasta, peanut butter, jelly, snacks, coffee, and gravy.
Household essentials: laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, and conditioner.

2. Dog & Cat Supply Drive (Now through January 10th, 2025)
Pets are family too! Hillsborough Township’s Leadership Program is organizing a Dog & Cat Supply Drive to benefit the furry companions of C.A.N. Food Pantry clients. These donations will bring joy and comfort to local pets in need.
Items Needed:
Toys, Treats, Beds, Collars and leashes, Grooming equipment
