Mrs. Woods Annual Exodus
Mrs. Woods, the resident Momma Duck at Woods Road School, and her little ducklings made their annual exodus through the garden and down the hall of Woods Road Elementary School in Hillsborough last week.
Mrs Woods lays her eggs in the garden of Woods Road School (WRS) every year, giving the students and staff at WRS front row seats to the hatching of her baby ducklings. This year was no different! As Mrs. Woods and her ducklings made their way out of WRS, staff and students (ranging from Pre-K to 4th Grade) were on hand to give her a fond farewell.
